We assumed it is complimentary from the restaurant, but we were wrong. We asked the waitress if they have something special for the birthday and she replied brownie or sundae. Then we had another waitress which was even worth it. To count 6 glasses was too much to the waitress. The water arrived and one person wasn't served. Utensils arrived after appetizers were sitting for 5 minutes. We ordered drinks and 2 appetizers and were waiting just for water for about 20 minutes. for 6 people, but when we came on time, the table wasn't ready. So when my son's 20th birthday came I decided to celebrate there. The food was amazing, the service was good as well. Ones I had lunch with my friends at White Spot at the Shops at Morgan Crossing. It allowed for a little bit of Christmas spirit to come to those that would not have had it. Steve and his staff went well above and beyond the standard level of takeout service and we are most grateful to them. They couldn't have been happier with their meal.
They were all very excited and very touched.ĭespite that fact that it is probably one of his craziest days of the year, Steve managed to get four dinner delivered - on time and HOT! The food was delicious, the portions very generous and the staff even assembled two small complimentary goodie boxes. I contacted the manager in White Rock, Steve Miller, early in December about having four turkey dinners delivered on Christmas Eve for my mother-in-law, her friend across the hall and another couple that are wheelchair bound. The entire building, although not a care facility, is inhabited by very senior seniors and they have essentially been in the same bubble since the beginning. Her building has a massive lounge with four tables for eight. That meant that my 95 year old mother-in-law was essentially going to be alone and probably having an egg for Christmas dinner. Like everyone family, our Christmas was fractured this year by the pandemic.
